Terms of sale

The Evidence Room is a brand of First Pencil Press, run by Abdullah Alsadeq, Ireland. Contact: firstpencilpress@outlook.com.

When you buy a case you receive a personal licence to download, print and play it with your own household and friends. You may not resell, share online or publish the files.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros [including VAT].

Delivery and refunds

Cases are digital downloads. Right after payment you get a download button on screen, and we email you the link. The link works for 30 days.

Digital edition. Because the file is delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. If a file is damaged or won't download, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Paper edition. We post your order within 3 working days to the address you give at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason: email us, and return the case file unused within 14 days after that. We refund the price and the original shipping costs; return postage is paid by you. [Check and adapt these terms.]

Privacy

We collect only what we need: your email address, order details and, for paper orders, your postal address to deliver your case, and your email address if you sign up to hear about new cases. We never sell your data.

Cookies. With your permission, we use Google Ads cookies to measure which ads lead to purchases. If you decline, no advertising cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Payments are handled by Stripe, download emails are sent through [Resend], and sign-ups are stored with Netlify. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time by emailing firstpencilpress@outlook.com.
